Gabriel earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Florida International University before pursuing his Juris Doctor at St. Thomas University School of Law. During law school, he served as President of the Elder Law Society and as a Liaison with The Florida Bar.
Mr. Fernandez gained significant expertise through clerkships with Chief Judge Maria Korvick and as a Case Manager for Judge Maria Espinosa Dennis in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Probate and Guardianship Division. These roles deepened his understanding of the complexities involved in estate planning, probate, and guardianship equipping him to navigate and mitigate potential challenges effectively.
Gabriel Fernandez entered private practice in 2017, and in January 2022, he established The Law Office of Gabriel Fernandez. As founder and lead attorney, he has built a practice dedicated to delivering comprehensive legal services in probate, guardianship, estate planning, litigation, and real estate law.
